Client BEAUFORT WEST

The client wanted dark interior for all cabinets, so we used Kalapana melamine for all carcasses. The front finish was a mixture between dark sprayed supawood and solid timber.

For the Supawood, we used Plascon Zanzibar Tavern and the timber, an Oak finish, stained and sealed with Rubio Monocoat Charcoal.

(One bedroom and vanity – white sprayed solid Oak veneer, with reversed finger grip)

A bit of history … the solid timber work top in the bar area came from a piece of wood that was part of their farm, while growing up, so the client wanted to use the piece somewhere in the house and they finally found the perfect spot. We even filled the openings with clear resin – two attempts, and we got it right!
